Over 150,000 sqft of manufacturing space was added for this major facility in Arlington, Texas.  A central energy plant with over 1,000 tons cooling and 26 million BTU heating, was designed and constructed along with plant distribution systems to provide for strict process & environmental needs of the new state-of-the-art medical production lines. Design efficiencies were estimated to save some $200,000 per year in energy and operating costs, while meeting the exacting conditions required for successful production of sterile surgical gloves and medical products. Services by our firm have also included a number of other renovation & addition projects including clean rooms, production labs, support systems, and administration facilities.
