Southlake Townhall
HVAC UPgrade

The Southlake Townhall building underwent a comprehensive HVAC upgrade. The project included removing the buildings existing cooling towers and bringing in two brand new chillers located on the roof and custom-made air handling units serving each floor. A mechanical platform had to be designed on the roof to locate each chiller and provide maintenance access. The building also had new building automation and energy management control systems installed with the new equipment.

Fort Worth City Hall Complex

This project involved comprehensive upgrades and energy conservation retrofit measures for the City Hall complex in Fort Worth, Texas, under a Performance Contract Program. Our services included a detailed Energy Evaluation followed by complete Engineering design and administration services, featuring full replacement and upgrade of the central cooling and heating plant rated at over 1000 tons, as well as building HVAC upgrades serving the City Hall, Public Safety, Police Administration, and Annex buildings. Performance and energy savings surpassed estimated predictions, with no cost outlay by the City.
