Romine, Romine & Burgess, Inc. was recently awarded “2017 Engineer of the Year” by the American Subcontractor’s Association (ASA), North Texas Region. It is recognized that the contractors are the ones who must install and build what the Engineers produce, and are in a unique position to understand and appreciate the quality of Engineering services that are applied for each project.
